Complaint Details
I have made a order thru Online website grabasap.com and Made payment on 03rd Oct 2013.
The order # GRB163,this has contain 2 items.

The dispatched confirmation received on 09th Oct 2013 with an AWB # X04534707,Courier name given as DTDC.
This AWB not valid or not able to locate online or DTDC customer care.

The contact number also not picking or not valid.

I would like to know whether this company is genuine or not??? If not we have to stop anyone wiling to place order further....Please do the needful.Company name and address given below for investigate...
