Complaint Details
Mr.Hariharan was given a amount of Rs.40000 on two instalment as Rs.30000 and 20000 in Nov'11 and April 12 in connecion with the service to be provided on catering matter. He has taken this amount if the catering is not undertaken through him, he will return the amount. However, he had returned Rs.10000 only and balance Rs.40000 is yet to return back. Continuous followup is not yielded any result. Hence approaching the consumer cell.
