Complaint Details
I purchased a water heater of AO Smith on 15.10.2013 from above reliance digital. At the time of purchase, it was told to me that the installation will be free of cost and I would have to pay to the visiting engineer only for the extra pipe or tab used for installation of the water heater.
2. Engineer from the company visited today but returned back without installation by way of saying that a plumber would make a pipe fitting specially for the said purpose first, then he will install. But alas!!! the company has never intimated me that another pipe especially for the said purpose is required to be fitted first and then your engineer will only hang up the water heater and will not do anyother fitting if required for the same.

3. If the company had earlier told me about this another fitting for the purpose, I would have arranged to fit a pipe especially for the same.
4. Response from the store and the service centre are also very poor.
