Complaint Details
1. In first week of March Month i Have booked the TOUR by website http://vacationsgateway.co/Website/index.aspx which has cost me 9949/-which includes lunch and dinner facility and hotels will 3 or 5 star.
2. In month of july i have sent the scanned copy of my Voucher code request to vacations gateway. but they told that booking will be cofirmed one month earlier to travel date.
3. I called up in sep 13 they told 20 days earliesr then 15 days earlier.
4. on 12 oct13 they provided two hotels (see attachments 1).i.e Hotel nest resorts and hotel autumn trees. but both are budget hotels. not 3 and 5 star hotels.
5. Still i selected Hotel autumn trees as my choice but they told that in that meals will not be included plus no guarantee for AC rooms which were made earlier.
6. Please go through the mails which i received and sent to them.
7. Today i told them to off the deal and pay me my money back but no answer.
8. I am in dilemma what to do next.
