I had availed a 3G service last month for 30days. But starting from day 1, i am getting a network issue in 3G mode. I contacted customer care and they told that there may be issue in sim card and requested me to change the sim card. I changed the sim card from airtel gallery but yet 3G service is not working. I again contacted customer care and this time they told there is a network issue in 3G service from 2 months so 3G will not be working. Because of this i sufferred a loss of Rs.126 for 3G service and Rs. 25 for change of Sim card. So please take a stringent action against such company. And please ask the company to compensate my loss of Rs.151(i.e.126+25).
