Hi Sirmadam,

Last year I purchased Samsung LED TV on 8th Aug,2012 and till date my TV is working finr and after warrently period is over my LED TV picture is gone and when I enquired in customer care service the only answer m getting is I have to pay full amount i.e 15,000 for replacing picture panel...

I really don't understand the reason In warrently period there is not even single disturbance in SAMSUNG product but once it got over the defects started araising...I hope GOI must investigate on this company where they make sure once warrently period is over and if there is no profits at the time of TV purchasing they will make sure after certain period SAMSUNG products will not work...and I opted 40,000/- for TV and again they are expecting 15,000/- and when I enquired abot discount they are seeing me as an joker ...

SirMadam request you to inverstigate on SAMSUNG products and do justice to me.

I really wonder in warrenty period there is not even 1% defect in product but after warrently period is over defects are starting to araise
