Complaint Details
Since there was double payment of premium of my HDFC SL Crest policy No.14270179 in March,2012.I transfer annual premium of Rs.1.00 lakh and HDFC bank also transfer premium amount from my account. I applied for refund to their Head office, Mumbai.They did not take any action and send my refund application to my address.THen I submitted my appl. for refund to HDFC bank, Model Town,Rewari in Aug.,2013 where I have my account but till now it is not refunded. Although HDFC bank informed that it will be refunded with 1/2 weeks time.
