On date Sep 14, 2013, I ordered a trail offer of digit magazine by paying Rs.299 for 3 month, proof of order is attached named 'digit order.jpg'.
After 20 days I contact helpline by email about non receipt of my magazine and then they send me some terms and conditions. In which one is that I should be an existing subscriber of any tech magazine (Chip, PC Quest, Computer Active, Data Quest, and My Mobile Stuff) for subscribing trail offer and told me send a proof of subscription. This term is not mentioned at time when I paid my subscription charge.
If there is some compulsory term with any order it should have a compulsory entry like a name or address in subscription form.
Now company says that they will refund my money by Oct 21, 2013.
Sir, I want my subscription to start not the money from company.
