i purchased nokia lumia 520 from top ten Vasai-west IMEI No. 358106053309471 on 1st aug 2013,
on 28-08-2013 there was a major problem in bluetooth and ringtones were none of the files could be transfered or ringtone could be played or sent to another phone, the biggest mistake of my life was to send the phone to repair to a authorized service center of nokia, where they took 22 days to repair a simple problem, finally when i got the phone after 22 days i realised in 2 days they had solved only one problem and ringtone problem was still there, i sent the phone back on 04-10-2013 to same service center and i received the call yesterday and person who was calling was very rude have with no proper etiquette at all, i am surprised by the way big brand by nokia treats its customer no wonder they are loosing market share day by day, my phone has been sent twice to the service center in the spam of 72 days where i have just used the phone for 22 days and still the problem is not solved, where nokia promises to deliver its customer proper service in 72hrs, i think they should change the tag line from 72hrs to 72 days.
