Hello Sir,

This is kapil and I had vodafone connection (9873037947.

I put a request( to vodafone customer care) from registered mail id on 14/AUG/2013 to discontinue the same connection as I got transfer to different place. ( Screen shot attached)

But still Vodafone is keep sending bills.

I am OK to pay the bill till 14/AUG/2013 ,but they are not adjusting bill for that period and asking to pay till Sep 2013.

Please help.
