Don't purchase any item from eBay seller 'Mark Infotech'. Their items are duplicate.

On 22-Aug,I bought a 2GB RAM from eBay seller Mark Infotech. But this RAM is dead on arrival and OEM.
No warranty available by Kingston service center because the product I've got dead and OEM item- specially manufatured for branded PC like HP,HCL,Dell etc. I've lost my Rs.1883.25.
No reply from eBay and their seller Mark-Infotech.

I want refund my amount or replace this item.
