There make interview for the experienced Web Designers, by giving a task oriented work for their live client's project. After making that they will say we'll call you back. But actually they making the interview candidates fool by getting work from them and selling it to their Clients. So people don't prefer this company for your career. I'm damn sure they make you fool.
