I have sent multiple emails to sony india care email sonyindia.care@ap.sony.com, but there is no response from them . When i call customer care, they are asking to send email again and again . Below is the email i sent ( with headers)

Lulu hyper market , Doha , Qatar .(Country ) , 30 th Nov 2012.
We got this TV to Visakhapatnam(India) last year along with international warranty card.
Complaint :
On 27 th July 2013 , We have raised a complaint to Sony that the TV (Serial NO. 2033473
Model NO. KDL-40EX650 ) has issue with the LCD panel . Technician from SS techologies, Vishakhapatnam(Andhra pradesh ) with name CHANTIBABU ( Ph: 92901 57777 ) attended the issue. He concluded the issue is with LCD panel and hence a replacement is required to solve the issue.
SS technologies services informed my Father ( Madu Gopaiah ) to provide with original bill and International warranty .
We have provided with the same. After 45 days , SS technologies has informed that sony delhi office has rejected the complaint to provide the new panel because there is a mistake in the warranty card.
The mistake was , instead of writing serial no 2033473 , the hyper Market executive in Doha(qatar) has written the original bill no 207246 . This was the reason for rejection . Rest all details are correct and we have the orginal warranty/bill with us.
We called up LuLu hyper market to ask for a new warranty card , but they said ,"it is a human error , rest all details are fine we may not be able to issue new warranty as each TV has only one warranty card , If you courier to us , we can strike the existing one and write the new one in the same card , but it will take 3 weeks to deliver back to india ". They have advised us to contact sony India support to see if rest all details(original bill , backside panel of the TV , warranty card can be inspected and the request be approved.
I have contact sony india customer care, they have given this email id to send email and receive approval.
Request:
Kindly review the attached pictures of the bill , international warranty , backside panel of the TV. Please help us to provide the service for this TV as you can see the purchase date and the issues we are facing this television from SONY . All the details are correct , except there was a human error in writing the serial no , but instead wrote original bill no .
Kindly consider this case and provide the approval for new panel after discussing with new delhi team ( as said by Sony repair center in visakhapatnam.
