Sir,

Royal Sundaram has deducted an amount of Rs.4074 from my Citi Bank's credit card account without informing me or even getting authorisation from me, this does mean that they are recording the clients card details & using them for anautorised use.

I want you to take a strict action (probably Data masking fraud case) against " ROYAL SUNDARAM alliance insurance co. ltd" company.

I am attaching the credit card receipt.
