Reliance prepaid gives a ad about 1GB internet pack at Rs 123 and company itself sends messages t recharge for 246 rupees and get 2 gb of 3G internet, from last two months I've gotten about 5-7 recharges of rupees 123 and one for 246 rupees, but they cheat with Data they give me, instead of 1 GB I'm getting only 510 mb and later on that too comes down to 00mb even when I do not connect to internet, on very same day of recharge where as it is valid for 1 month, i did not even open facebook and all the data comes down to zero, it is happening for quite some time, when I call reliance care about this they never even reply to me, today I got my number recharged for 123 rupees and i check my 3G balance, it said your balance is 510 mb even though after recharge relaince itself sends message about 1 GB of 3G internet, now when I checked t I found it is zero mb, its is absurd, to prove myself I also have their messages. Please help me out and let not reliance steal my money, which I borrow from my father as I'm a student.
