Since 1 year I am using Vodafone post paid connection( Mob: 9221838485 ), I used to pay bill amount monthly before due date by online. But on 3rd Sep-2013 I got an sms saying that as mentioned on attachment and on 9th Oct-2013 I deactivated the same due to extra amount will be charged in my billing cycle. And Initially when I was taking this post connection it was said that its an lifetime offer and now it was cancelling as per their regulation act.

And after 10th Oct-2013 the bill which was generated, it has been charged on per/kb which was in still promotional period. And I had lodge a complaint on 13th Oct regarding my billing amount but still no action taken.

It has been huge amount so I came to know, there might be many customers those who are facing this kind billing amount without knowing they are paying. So its my humble request please help me on the same and take the necessary action. And I wasted lots of time almost 1 week on the same at vodafone customer support to resolve but still no action taken.

Please take the necessary action as much early as possible.
