Not getting broadband connection due to very very old cable.
The lineman said they have to replace the cable but the BSNL telephone exchange is not providing it.
Have been giving complaint many times to the telephone exchange but no response.VERY VERY poor service from the MELADY Telephone exchange.
Simply we are paying the bill monthly.
And even in some place their phone is been dead for more than 6 months and after complaining theres no action taken from the authority.
