Hi, I bought a new reliance pre paid connection. No 9798853178 On the pack its written that I get 4gb 3g data for 1 month on inserting an active reliance SIM. However my concerns: 1) The 2gb data has not been credited to my account yet. 2) after consultin to the sim provider he doesnt respond me well...sim provider number is 9934076276 ..he called me to call customer care but customer care not able to reslove my problem and reapetidly ask me to contact sim provider... I am very disappointed. I do not expect such a service from reliance,.. On calling RELIANCE customer service they say its my fault I need to contact sim provider...i think the sim provider cheated me..so plz take some immidiate action... Your quick action in resolving my issue will be appreciated.....I THINK sim provider cheated me...
