I have asked for reconnection of my cable network. i was reached after 15 days of repeated calls. Digitalization has been made compulsory, but i am not been provided with it. i have my own set top box,. even after 100's of calls and reminders i am not been provided with digitalisation.i have also been to the office but no use.
