sir,
I had claimed my health insurance about 2 months earlier. In response for that you have send me letter regarding some shortfall of document on 19th august 2013 after that i have send my all document through speed post whose tracking id is EJ127310729IN . Again on 21st august you have asked a letter regarding reason for late submission of document, that letter also i have send you through speedpost courier whose tracking id is EJ126924102IN and also sent a mail to you on 29th august at " mumcallcenter8@ttkhealthcareservices.com".
Still after so much harassment, on 15th october i get a letter regarding
closure of my claim due to non submission of document.So please look after my complain and tell me appropriate reason or not processing my claim.
