Complaint Details
I had paid Rs. 2000 as security fee (Refundable) at the time of admission in SOFTDOT Institute (Study Center of JAMIA Hamdard) for the course BCA(Academic session 2009-12). I have completed the course in September 2012. Since then SOFTDOT institute is making false promises but not refunding my security fee.
