Kotak Mahindra Bank illegally deducted Rs.3349/80 from my zero balance account. (Zero Balance Account No.
A/c. No. 3711123518 ) without any inofrmation, intimation or notification, I have already approached bank to reverse the amount but bank refused to return back the amount.The illegally deducted amount of Rs.3349/80 is my hard earned money, I am very shocked, harassed and feeling mental agony . I am still not in position to understand that how the deduct the money for non maintenance of minimum balance amount in Zero Balance Saving Account.
