The Prop of Classic Consultancy, a manpower agency, collected a sum of Rs. 12,000 on 08/09/2013 to provide a house Maid / Domestic Helper. No Domestic Helper was Provided and the agency is now not returning the money and stating that she can provide only a domestic helper and not the money.
