I am the recipient (at Allahabad, UP)of a courier serviced by your people located at Hyderabad. It was charged Rs.680 in the name of giving “Premium” service in which they claim to take the guarantee of safety of the product (in terms of damage/mishandling).

I am extremely sorry to say that today I received the courier with great expectations but was aghast to see that the product I got was completely - I repeat, completely damaged. The fact that bothered me the most is the product was very very poorly packed and I could make out from its covering that the product inside is completely damaged and of zero use. It was even more shocking to see that a basic sticker “HANDLE WITH CARE” was NOT there. It is indeed the worst courier service I have ever come across.

I will be taking this matter very seriously as this courier was of much importance to me. Please treat this as a COMPLAINT and I need a clarification and refund of courier charges as soon as possible. I would be expecting a prompt reply or otherwise I would not hesitate to escalate the matter to the highest of authorities.

I am attaching the pictures of the damaged product so that you can take remedial actions at your end ASAP.
