I had taken a Tata Docomo connection few weeks back.
It was advertised 5 Mbps and has rarely given 3.5 Mbps. Most often its below 1.5 Mbps
The date of connection the other airtel broadband we had got disconnected . This has never had a problem of unstabiity but the rep mentioned they did not touch anything.
Their customer care system seems so designed that you should never get to a customer care professional. They have options for Adding services,new plans but not one for issues with existing connections.
The scandal that is to shown here is that of sub standard service and demanding higher rates wrongly citing higher speeds. Hope someone reviews these ads that they throw out.
