Complaint Details
We purchased Samsung Microwave almost around 6+ years back. At that time it was marketed that was latest model by the company. Now when there is problem, Samsung just replied that they do not have spares for that model and stop model as now it is old one!!! So when they sell products is consider to be latest and when service required after say 5-6 year they jsut escape form the responsibility and say now it is old for repairs!!! When customer paid high premium on the products of Brand name and when ask for service they just denied technically that products are discontinue.
We as customer need justice is such behaviour from repute Brand name is legal to throw customer commitment when it is required????
