We have a property in chennai Redhills area, we are planing to take a home loan in that time we came to know patta land only will be processed for loan, so we decided to apply patta, after one of my known person Mr.michael has referred Mr. Mahendiran he have a office at near vadapalani temple new Saravana Hotel Opposite, he assured our land will get patta with in a month and he collected money with our's sum of Rs. 19000 on 15-07-2013 but till now we did't get patta and past 2 month we trying his mobile no.9094408027 but he not picking the call, some times when he picked but no response from his side, kindly take a necessary steps to avoid future fraudulent others and kindly help us to get our money back Thanking you
