Complaint Details
I have received calls from following numbers projecting themselves as AXIS BANK PROMOTIONAL DEPARTMENT and stolen Rs.28,997/- from my credit card. After several days of fighting and calls, I managed to get the money back. Please requesting your help on this to investigate further and help me get justice for all the hurdles I came across during this tenure. Kindly help to find the culprits in order to stop them from cheating others also. We are just an average family struggling hard to come up.

They have given some Confirmation Authorization number as SM6860.

They have mentioned all my details including office address, name, credit card number which made me to believe them. I have made a complaint to the bank a month before and I am not receiving any update from them. Please find the enclosed screen shots and assist me.
