I have purchased SPICE MI-491 on 14-09-13 from the shop cosmic hari om tower,shop no.:ul-14,circular road, ranchi-834001. My phone is not working from 17-10-13 evening. I have heard from the phone that some spark is taking inside the phone. so i just swich off the phone and went to the customer care of spice next day. They told me that the circuit is not working,there is problem with your circuit. After that i told them , my phone is on warrenty period, they laughed and said that company is not giving warrenty on external parts. kindly help me. vaibhav kumar
