Complaint Details
I have orderer Diwali lights on www.tradus.com on 15-Oct-2013, the parcel was hand overed to Aramex courier on 16th,
and it reached Hyderabad on 18th Oct, but the status shows 18th
"Attempted Delivery - No One Home / Unable to Contact" but nobody has contacted me or came to my home (even though i was available at home ),
when i call the customer care on 21/oct/2013 the person raise a service request with SR no.hyd-1013-1883 and said that the parcel would be delivered in 24 hours,
but when i call the customer care on 22/oct/2013 the person who spoke to me is asking to collect the parcel from begumpet head office or give an authority letter to the watchman
at home (As i am in office), till now i did not get response. please take action on this.
