DEAR MAAM/SIR,
IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 45 DAYS SINCE MY CAR (ranault scala) HAS GONE TO RENAULT SERVICE STATION IN KOLKATA(VIBRANT MOTORS PVT LTD).THE AUTHORITIES HAVE FAILED TO ARRANGE ITS SPARE PARTS EVEN THOUGH THE CAR IS IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
THERE HAS BEEN NO FEEDBACK FROM THE COMPANIES AUTHORITY AND ARE CONTINUOUSLY MISGUIDING US.
I WOULD BE GLAD IF NECESSARY ACTIONS ARE TAKEN.
