Complaint Details
This company manufactures construction equipment such us grabs. They request advance money to proceed with the manufacture of ítems. However when the ítem is delivered you discover it does not work. When you claim to get the money reimbursed they simply refuse. Despite the matter having been taken to Court, the Indian Court seems uncapable to take any action after one year. The company has refused to accept receipt of the Court notices for appearance in Court with total impunity.
