Please refer to my several complaints made to Whirlpool customer care and various officers for last one & half year but they are not ready to solve my problem. My three door refrigerator which was purchased in August 2011 has a big cooling problem. Only Ice section is cooling for last one & half year and rest of the portions there is no cooling. In spite of my several requests and several spare parts changed by their service executives, there is no improvement in its performance. I am now frustrated and request you to take up this matter. The last complaint no with Whirlpool is GB0513017317 & my last complaint no. with CCRC is 6385/2013.
