Complaint Details
My complaint is with regards to the fraud of Toll Collected to the tune of lakhs of Rupees everyday!
I happened to go towards Airport from Gurgaon so on my way at the Toll Booth i Paid Rs. 21 for my Car & received a both side blank receipt & was stunned to see the same! I had already crossed more than half a km. & couldn't turn back for the same!!
Thats is not all, on my way back from Airport towards Gurgaon, this time was a different one, the person at toll booth refused to give me a receipt of Rs.21 for my car!! I argued with him & he said "Jo Karna Hai Karlo Reciept Nahi Hai" & when i told him about blank receipt he said that he had not given "Maine Nahi Di Hai, Jisne Di Hai Usse Baat Karo". His behavior was really arrogant!

I thought of taking action so would like to highlight this in the news & media & other consumer forums...
Just imagine Rs. 21 Multiply by X Number of Cars passing both directions each day??
Where is this money going??
The company managing the Toll plaza - DELHI – GURGAON SUPER CONNECTIVITY LIMITED.
