Spoked with Mr. Prabhakar Reddy he said maximum they can do is refund on pro rata basis. but why the hell i should take on pro rata basis if you people changes the rules in middle of the subscription period. I will be putting the article in deccan chronicle in public greviance section. hope they will take care of this now.

Please provide the full service which i had opted at starting of my library period or please reverse my full money which you taken if you cant fulfill the service which you was giving in starting.

My name is srigopal bhattad i had did a online renewal on phone on 21st of sep that was my due date and after speaking to the british library at secretrait starting desk they said you have to pay and the fine was 2 rs per day when i tooked the membership now they are saying to pay the fine with 5rs per day. what the hell is this. at time of admission you says its 2rs per day and today you say its5 rs and when i tooked the membership it books was there and today the books are taken out without any concern and my main thing to take the membersbip was to use the web designing books only. and now the whole section is taken off. there is no use of the library to me. why you are fooling us and taking our hard earn money ?
I had spoke at hyderabad desk the guy said you are free to raise a complaint anywhere you wish. so now i am sending the same at uk main office also the same matter.
I am raising the complaints online at consumer forum also. please try to solve the matter as early as possible. Un necessary your library name is spoiling and my time and money is wasting by spending doing all this things.
The executive at desk said where ever you want to raise a complaint you are free to do so. after taking the money how you people behave with the your customers.
How in middle of the admission of library you people cancel the department of books without knowing to the card holders who paid the money ?
its the worst decision taken by you without intimation. I had not received any call nor i was said anything about such changes or else i had not taken admission itself in this library... very worst service. and worst department and the executives who speak.
no one is listening here they say what you want to do where you want to make complaint do it.
If the institute is so worst i came to know before i would have not joined. Please refund my money of 1500rs . i had hardly used till now the service check your database i was busy in my work. thought to use from october and now the scene is like this worst.
After taking money from us you people should understand us instead of saying no thats final and you have to pay fine and the problem is your and no updation of hikes. worst and books withdrawn without any notice to us and now what should i do its useless having a membership here.
Fine problem has been resolved but its hiked in middle of the period.. what is this...
I renewed the books online and the person renewed only one book and rest two he not renewed. and again fine has came i spoke with them and they said we will take care of that. everytime there is a problem.
