I had given them the laptop for servicing. Rather than resolving the issue they created more and returned my laptop after 15 days after committing me to return it within 7 days.. after I got the laptop back it started giving me hardware issues which were didn't exist prior to submitting the laptop. They took the laptop again on 5th Oct, saying that they will return it within 7 days and its 22nd now, I haven't yet received it back.. I call them almost everyday, twice or thrice per day.. I would request you to please take some action against this company.. I am dealing with them since two months.. n now its high time
