I have a complaint against Credit Sudhar, which seems to be the latest racket luring gullible customers who are tormented by Banks who have spoiled their CIBIL score after assuring them to have closed their Loan/Credit Card a/c with the agreed payments only to keep the balance amount as pending and spoiling their credit rating in the process.

The talk and assurance-savvy Sales Executives promise to intervene on the customer behalf to have the accounts settled with respective Banks and negotiate and bring down the payouts SUBSTANTIALLY [to the extent of 10% approx to be paid finally] and ask for a membership amounting to Rs. 11000/- and time frame being 4-6 weeks.

I also fell into the trap and went ahead and made a Net Transfer from my Company HDFC BANK account on June 1st 2013 to be given a Platinum Membership with CSID # 9109.

After more than a week, I contacted them about any progress only to be asked to pay Rs 470/- for my CIBIL REPORT directly to CIBIL and the same would be refunded, which I did.

After more than a month, upon AGAIN reminding them and seeking progress on the case, I get a revert that they have talked to SBI and have been able to get a reduction of Rs. 5000/- approx [against their claim for approx 50000/-] and I should take a decision and close. There was NO RESPONSE on other cases like HSBC, Standard Chartered and ICICI which were also a concern.

In august, when I started to pressurize them, there was a silence from their end at first and upon insistence, they agreed to refund my money, which is yet elusive despite DAILY REMINDERS.

This Company has been reported and complained-about by numerous people on various Consumer Forums and Review sites for SAME fraudulent transactions. If we search CREDIT SUDHAR REVIEWS on google search, we would find scores of people talking about same experiences. Its EVERYWHERE!!! And now, they have not replied to any mails and their phones are not picked since last 10 days.

I request your just and impartial Forum to take this scamster company to task and help 100s of naive customers and also educate the potential victims against dealing with such fraud companies and have my hard-earned money refunded with interest and penalty.
