Please note that my grievance is the manner of service rendered to me by Volkswagen Jaipur. My car bearing No. DL8CY 1704(JETTA PETROL TREND LINE) was purchased on 10/04/13 and had a breakdown on 31/5/13. My car was handed over to me after 24 days from 31/5/13. During this period I was neither provided with loaner car facility nor given compensation for said grievance. Regarding this I''ve been complaining to concern authorities for almost 5 months to get compensation. I''ve been informed (3 Sep 2013 from Pramila Sharma, Customer relationship Executive Volkswagen Jaipur) that "THOUGH THEY AGREE TO THE FACT THAT I DESERVE THE COMPENSATION BUT THEY HAVE DONE MY CLUTCH PLATE REPLACEMENT FREE OF COST STATING THAT IT WAS A WEAR & TEAR ITEM and hence been compensated by not charging from me for above. But as per VW norms of warranty that the clutch plate replacement was under warranty hence NOT chargeable. Further I have been quoting above warranty terms for clutch plate (not being a wear and tear item)to concern authorities at every level. But I''m receiving the same reply. Therefore my above grievance has not been redressed. Kindly provide the compensation.
