I could not get the worst "Food delivery" of my life from such a reputed "International" food chain in Mumbai, India.

My order number "4304" (Aproxx 11:45PM) was delivered on time but it had a "BURNT" chicken patty. It was so bad that the bread and the sauce was stinking.

I called up the "McDelivery" complaining about the burnt chicken patty in my burger.

They came up with the complaint number "3077" which i guess is not even true. And told me that my whole order was being replaced with a new one and would be delivered in 15mins to 20mins.

Well i kept waiting for my order till 12:30am, with no response from my nearest, the so called international food chain "McDonalds" located at Andheri (w) Lokhandwala.

After calling them repeatedly the next day that is 23/10/2013 complaining about my order, they kept disconnecting the phone and kept me on waiting for as long as 30mins.

I had written a feedback complain to "myfeedback@mcdonaldsindia.com" with no response from them.
