Dear Sir,



COMPLAINT AGAINST ONE SHRI PELVIN – 9824003107 OF AHMEDABAD MAIN OFFICE NEAR HAVMOR (NAVRANGPURA)

I hereby lodged very serious complaint against above named staff working at Ahmedabad office, near Havmor (Navrangpura). The details are as under:

A. I two times visited the above office with an intention to purchase 3G card on 81/10/13

B. I also carry with my iPad and Ultra book so that your staff can give demonstration on that

C. Your staff failed to prove that the speed of 7.2 MBPS is there (in fact it never touched 2 MBPS)

D. As I am planning to go on tour from 30/10, I decided to purchase 3G card for iPad

E. I was told that it will be activated in 48 hours

F. I was also told that someone will come any time from 10 to 7 on 19/10 for address verification. When he came, I told him that my name is “NOT KIRTI”. My name is “Kirit”. Be noted that I submitted the proof, PAN card and Telephone bill and in both the name is “Kirit” (photo attached). Thus Mr. Pelvin played intentional “mischief” in this matter to report it wrongly

G. There after I received three calls asking name, address, number etc etc (this is nothing but repeated “harassment” to the customer. I fail to understand why three calls are required after personal address proof?)

H. Today again a call came saying I want to welcome you and mentioned my name as “Kirti”. I objected to it. The lady said I will have to approach Idea office with Documentary Evidence to prove that I am “Kirit” and not “Kirti”

I. The card has still NOT been activated (you can check, I have not at all used it)

J. Be noted that my idea is just to test the card for one month (from 21/10/2013 to 20/11/2013) and under NO circumstances under the shelter of billing cycle you can charge a single paise more. I, at juncture, lodge my PROTEST for that. Be noted that till today the CARD HAS NOT BEEN ACTIVATED AND I HAVE NO INFORMATION TO THAT

K. IF ANY CALL WILL BE RECEIVED BY ME, I WILL TELL HE/SHE THAT I AM “Kirit Kantilal Thakkar” and not “Kirit” (Mr. Pelvin told me that I have to say that I am “Kirti”). Be noted that I am educated person and for the mistakes by your end I will never lie that I am “Kirti”

L. The number is NOT ACTIVATED TILL DATE and hence under NO CIRCUMSTANCES I am required to pay any money till such date it is activated

M. By this mail I am giving you written notice that please DISACTIVATE MY NUMBER W.E.E.20/11/2013 (ONE MONTH FROM 21/11/2013) AND I WILL PAY THE MONEY FOR ONE MONTH ONLY
