We booked the flight from Delhi to Lucknow travel for Oct 22nd using makemytrip.com .
While we booked the flight we used the website filtering to only show us flights in evening. However we only got to know that our flight was a morning flight when we showed our tickets at the airport.
I don't understand why I was shown the flight for 5:10 in that case, which led me to book the incorrect flight.
Because of the issue of makemytrip website filter (departure time) not behaving correctly I had to incur a loss of Rs. 12560. I even called the customer service rep about this from the airport and he wasn;t able to help me book out a courtesy flight. Please let me know what can be done about this, as I don't want to be penalized for an issue not at my side.
