Planned continued Harassment by Idea

Please refer my numerous mails sent in above matter. Here is one more incident of today, 29/10/13. I received a calls, on my mobile 9998067479, from following numbers:

A. 9824634353 at 1009 representing him as in charge of 2/3G. Not given name and designation
B. 9824002107 at 1046 saying his name as Mr. Pelvin

Be noted that after having detailed discussion for 17 minutes in tele conference such phone are of no use. I, as per my planned schedule, will not be available till 20/11 (May extend my program). Any such call of Idea outside Gujarat will be treated by my service provider as "roaming" and they will levy charges for that. For Idea harassment from different numbers (without telling their name, designation etc) will henceforth will not be accepted which please note. Only in case of my problem I will contact you and then you can contact me.
