My mistake to purchase from a bad vendor. the page below has huge number of compliants which i should have read before buying here.

I ordered an easy chair costing 4500. No discount no bargain. in 3 days i got the delivery.
It was delivered when i was not there. My spouse was cheated in spite of her question if it was a new one as she rightly suspected. And they gave a false promise that it is new and went off.
When i went home and checked I was very sure its not new. Called the owner of the shop. After 5 days follow up he confirmed it is not new. But promised me to replace.
Till today i have been following up but no response. i feel cheated.

The delivery was day next to Vinayakar Chaturthi this year. till now i have the old Chair. I did not use it as i dont want to use. the money paid is almost waste.

I want an action to be taken on the vendor (see the complaints in the page link given above) and need a new chair in replacement of the old one delivered.
