Complaint Details
I have invested 75000 in PM4U for purchase of Flat on Feb''13 i made payment to PM4U Infrastructure Pvt Ltd by cheque . as a heart from market that he is a fraud n he doesn't give money return to customer if customer request him for refund of Payment as I did . i spoken to his Director Mr.Prashant Mohapatra he is the main person about refund . he told me to fill cancellatiion paper & come after 15 days for cheque collection . i gave him cancellation later on 15 June''13 he gave me Post dated cheque of 28th october ''13 of Rs.25000/- & 30th november''13 of Rs.50000/-, N then i day came for depositing the cheque if Rs. 25000/- the cheque was bounce due to Insufficient Fund in PM4U account of Yes Bank his account number 021283800000213 this account is in negitive balance. now mr. Prashant mohapatra is not receiving my call he is ignoring me n he has changed his office from mira road to Vasai east his staff are picking up the phone but giving bedwords abount non refund .
