Complaint Details
I exchanged my nokia 5233 and paid 7000 to get a nokia Lumia 520, but nokia Lumia is one of the worst mobile as far as my computing knowledge is concerned. I exchanged it on 29/10/13, and asked the retailer to exchange it to other mobile similar to its price on 31/10/13. But the retailer refuses.
