Complaint Details
I purchased "The House Of Tara Gautam Buddha Printed Tote Bag" from snapdeal.com on 26 aug 2013 and my order id is# 1213866342.
I received the product on 29 aug 2013 and returned back and shipped the product same day to snapdeal through on dot couriers and cargo ltd. because i didn't like the quality and size of the product.
I asked the representatives of snapdeal that i wanted the PRODUCT money only through NEFT payment mode into my account.
But, today date is 1 nov 2013 and its more than around 62+ days, i haven't get my money back.
I complained too many times through phone and e-mails, but haven't get any good response from snapdeal.com
I am writing my request/complaint no's below, these all are:
