Sir,
With reference to communication with datawind customer care, i received my delivery parcel at Aramex courier service, Wardha office. On opening the parcel i found following discrepancies.
1) The screen of the tablet was found cracked radially at center.
2) The leather case was without keyboard whereas i have ordered it with keyboard.
3) The delivery period you stated was up to 4/Oct./2013 at my address but i received it on 19/Oct./2013 after continuous inquiry with aramex courier service and visiting at aramex courier office at Wardha.
I immediately returned the parcel through the same courier service(consignor copy is attached herewith).
I reported to your customer care and technical services on 23/Oct./2013 and 26/Oct./2013.
Therefore it is requested to please redress my complaint and resend the parcel with keyboard leather case which I have ordered initially OR otherwise refund my paid amount with courier charges(Rs.180).
Therefore it is requested to refund total amount Rs.6679/-(Booking amount + return back courier charges)+compensation as you desire.
