I'm a subscriber of Hathway Bhawani, unfortunately since thats the only provider for our building in Sindhi Society, Chembur.
Its been over 3 months since they took the set-top box from my apartment and mentioned it would be replaced in 2 days.
Since then, i've made over 23 phone calls, and 10 visits to their office; which has been always locked even during business hours.

I hope this issue comes to the attention of higher managers, and would request them to address this issue.

Hathway Bhawani managers, i'd appreciate if you could consider my age (71), and help me so i at least be able to see my kids over the internet.
