Dear Sir,

I booked one Ford Ecosport (Titanium, White) on 5th July, 2013 with M/s Bhagat Ford, Ludhiana in the name of M/s Hero EcoTech Limited, Ludhiana and was told that car would be delivered in 3-4 months although on booking form booking time was mentioned 5-6 months. Till date I have not received any details with respect to status of delivery of our car. On contacting the dealership everytime it is told to us that no allocation has been received from the head office of Ford and will be intimated once received.



But to my surprise, Bhagat Ford is delivering and selling cars within one month of delivery. They are charging 60,000/- for accessory from the customers who wish the early delivery. I have the full evidence of one of such case. Yesterday I too received a call from Mr. Jaideep of Ford that Ford Company has sent three cars fitted with accessories and if I wish to take the delivery, I have to pay Rs. 20,000/- extra. I also opposed to this by saying that how a company can send accessory fitted cars? In this sense cars are being sold in black and black money is collected in the form of very high charges for accessories such as navigation system, seat covers, alloy wheel (in lower models) etc. Further the accessories is being sold in cash and no bill is being given to the buyer.

Therefore I request that an enquiry be conducted on the chronological clearance of booking amount cheques Vrs. Billing to respective customer for which I am sure that there are major manipulations on deliveries of cars.

Therefore I request that exact status of my car should be intimated to me immediately which should have been delivered to me much earlier on chronological waiting system if could have been followed honestly.
