I am using reliance big tv service. I am having issue with that service as the dish is not fitted properly. Few months back I got signal issue and raised a complaint which was closed after 28 days. They have refunded the amount for that 28 days. But, the time really not healthy. Now a week back, I got a same complaint and raised a request which is yet to be solved.
